Furnace Heat Treatment
Thermal Hire Ltd has a wide range of furnace heat treatment contract services in the U.K. The dimensions of the furnaces vary from 1m x 1m x1m (electric heated) to 15.5m x 4.6m x 3.0m high (gas fired) and therefore can accommodate a wide range of components.
The furnace heat treatment services are located at our works in Wigan, Lancashire, Hartlepool, Cleveland and Hebburn in Tyne and Wear. The thirty furnaces have different maximum operating temperatures which vary from 550°C to some 1300°C. This impressive range of furnaces can handle a furnace charge of up to 100 tonnes.
