The Gas Control Train incorporates some important features to ensure safe and reliable operation:

• Two manually operated isolating valves for the mans gas and pilot gas flows.

• Two electro-hydraulic shut off valves for each of the main and pilot gas flows.

• Pressure switch and gauge for gas inlet flow

• Motorised butterfly valve for gas flow control

• Interconnection using rigid threaded pipe

• Purge timer

• UV flame detection

• Automatic spark ignition

• Mounted on a rigid support frame constructed in rolled steel hollow section.

• The electrical box houses the ignition transformer, burner sequence control and flame monitoring equipment. Neon lamps indicate the prevailing operating parameters. Push button for ignition.

• Safety features include an electrical interlock to prevent start-up before the combustion fan operates. The ignition cycle will not commence without a 'healthy' signal from the flame sensor and the main gas flow will function only when the pilot flame is detected.
