EQUIPMENT HIRE
Equipment Manufacture and Hire was the company's original provision at it's formation back in 1974.
The equipment has changed since then but the high level service and competitive pricing remains.
For customers with an existing level of heat treatment competency in their workforce, Thermal Hire offers mobile heat treatment equipment for short term and long term hire.
All equipment has a full service history and is tested/calibrated before mobilisation. Contact us for more information and to discuss your equipment and consumable requirements.
Electrical Resistance Equipment
Equipment is hired per set, per week.
A standard set of electrical resistance heating equipment consists of:
1 x 50 kva Heat Treatment Transformer
1 x 6 way Programmer
1 x 12 point temperature recorder
6 x Secondary Cables
6 x Pairs of Splitters
High Velocity Gas Heating
Equipment is available per set, per week.
A standard set of High Velocity Gas Heating Equipment consists of:
1 x Gas Control Train (c/w ancillary equipment)
1 x Combustion Fan
1 x Burner
4 x Gas Hoses
1 x Air Hose
1 x Regulator
Induction Heating Equipment
Equipment is available for hire per set, per week.
A standard set of Induction Heating Equipment consists of:
1 x Pro 35 Induction Unit
1 x Recorder (12 point)
2 x Power Cables
2 x Heating Cables (length TBC)
