Glynn served his time as a heat treatment technician and supervisor working across the UK and Europe for some of the worlds biggest heat treatment companies before joining Thermal Hire's contract management staff in 2001. Since then he has overseen and managed the successful completion of hundreds of contracts from small-scale maintenance to full new-build power station programmes.
