Rory arrived at Thermal Hire in 2010 with a QA background in the Defence industry. Shortly after arriving he oversaw the revision and re-certification of the company's QMS to meet the requirements of AS9100C, a feat which has been repeated in recent years for ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D. Rory's pursuit of improvement has seen him gather a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the heat treatment industry ensuring that the company's provisions continue to be compliant and satisfy customer requirements.
