Six-channel temperature control programmer.
Facility to preset the three primary segments of PWHT; rate of heating above a start temperature, soak temperature and time and rate of cooling down to an end temperature. The P183 unit also has a number of additional features including:
automatic hold if permitted temperature tolerances are exceeded
thermocouple open circuit detection
in manual mode, the set point only can be preset
in the event of power loss temperature ramps up from the hottest channel to the set profile to prevent overheating.
Housed within a rugged steel casing, rear polarised panel mount Type K thermocouple sockets to the rear (contact us for other thermocouple types). A flying lead is also fitted to the rear of the case for the 110V AC input power from the heat treatment transformer or distribution.
